This is a poem I wrote since its National Poetry Month

In spite of your flaws

You’re perfect the way you are

From the top of your head

To the bottom of your feet

You are the best person you could be

No matter what

Shake of all of the  things they say

Stand up tall to those people that say

“You aren’t pretty or smart or anything at all”

Just think to yourself

You are the best person you could be
